Choose the Search network or display network or choose both. It depends on the business goal you choose. I generally recommend choosing a single network. Either choose Search Network or select display network but not both. Search Network is for search when someone types on Google and looking for a solution but in the Display network they do not have the option to search.

Use negative keywords frequently so that you will not waste your money on irrelevant searches. And carefully choose keyword type from Phrase match to Exact match to add negative word.

Optimize campaigns for conversions, not for traffic. Gone are the days when people run ads for generating core traffic but now getting traffic to your website does not work well.

Use keyword planner to research all the related top keywords to make an addition in your search term collections. Carefully choose your keywords.

Understanding your app and website by using

Use manual cpc — not automatic bidding strategy. Manual CPC helps to maximize the conversion. Target return on ad spend and Target CPA is most important to use for.

Only use one extension is not a good idea. We can use more relevant extensions while running new ads for engaging more users.

All the extensions have their importance. Sitelink for sent visitors directly to different web pages of your website. Use as many as extensions to test more.

Create at least 3 ads in each ad group for more testing.

Test for at least 30 days and make improvements regularly. Set your goal and start work on this. Like in the first 30 days I am expecting 15 conversions with Target CPA and Target ROAS. Choose bidding as per your budget and learn new things every single time.
