Zero Waste Life

We live in the world where caring has become a trend. Whether it is caring for animals or ecology or refugees. ‘You have to care’, society tells you.

Zero waste life is just one of the ways to show you care. Reduce, reuse, recycle. Simple as that.

The term itself makes me think further. If we take it out from ecological concept, it creates a different meaning. Don’t waste your life. Make it matter. Every minute of it.

Don’t spend hours watching TV series when the whole world is just behind your window.

Think of all the moments wasted. By now you could have read a lot of literature and become a scientist. Create a new invention that no one could think of. Write your own book that would affect people. Become a ballet dancer. Anything.

Wouldn’t that be a zero waste life? Creating a purpose and devoting yourself to it. Making it matter.

Recycling is great. But what about recycling your own thoughts?
